I'm getting the same result when exporting directly and when exporting from the Adobe Media Encoder. However, now this workaround is not working and I'm getting this glitch with every format and codec I use. I had this same issue with shorter videos (5-8 min) every time I exported with H.264 and I was able to avoid the issue by exporting on a Quicktime Apple ProRes 422. So far the glitch has been appearing at the same spot every time.
I have a 15 min video that I want to encode but I keep getting glitches every time I export. I have been struggling with this issue for a long time and it's frustrating that I can't get the video I'm expecting.
